Ch-ch-ch-changes: Membership site to suit YOUR needs coming up.

change Mar 24, 2021

Yesterday I sent out my last news from the old list at Send in Blue. That is it - emails are now deleted from that system! If you don't want to be on this list, please just unsubscribe at the bottom of this broadcast.

I have dragged myself, crying and whimpering, into a fully automated system (Keap, Kajabi, Acuity, Zapier) so that all my trainings are going online into a membership program (as I record and write all the trainings for online content).

You see, I have moved to isolated Napranum on Western Cape York Peninsula to see out the end of my husband's contract (20 months left). That means I am going COMPLETLY online with my business because Naps is too far away from anywhere except Weipa to do anything face to face.

It is very beautiful here, albeit isolated. We are right on the water (but cannot swim because of crocodiles) and we are in a fairly quiet part of the Aboriginal Community. The bird song fills my heart <3

Anyway, I continue with my supervision and coaching clients on Zoom for now but am building an annual membership tier where you can subscribe for one of 4 things:

  1. Community level - Access all the online training programs.
  2. Compassion level - Access all the online training programs + Monthly Peer Support hour with Megan (and others) + a monthly book club.
  3. Confidence level - Access all the online training programs + Monthly Peer Support hour with Megan (and others) + a monthly book club + a monthly individual supervision/coaching session + access to a Tool Kit library.
  4. Competence level - Human Service/Community Agencies can retain Megan Bayliss as your Virtual Locum: along with ALL of the above you get to use Megan as an extra staff member for sitting on interview panels, writing service/best practice manuals, making resources...whatever you need an external Social Work locum to do for you. * 4 only available.

Which one suits you best? Each has benefits that are dependent on your needs and whether you are emerging, entrenched or managing in the human and community services.

Of course, I want it all done yesterday but, alas, it probably won't be ready to go until the new financial year.

We do have a 4-bedroom house (two spare bedrooms for visitors and PLENTY of room for camping) so if you would like to take the opportunity to experience life in a remote Aboriginal community, come stay while we are here...but I'll still be working because my clients deserve my time and focus. And, warning, it is a dry community. NO ALCOHOL allowed in Napranum.

I really look forward to having you on my online change journey, to serving your needs in the human and community services, and having you visit in Napranum for a wee break.

Bye, Cherubs. Mxx
